The one-time setup fee covers initial configuration of your automation system, including lead source integration (Angi, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor), AI qualification rules tuned to your trade, response template customization, and a guided onboarding session. Setup fees are non-refundable once your system has been configured and activated (see our Refund Policy).

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans offer 2 months free but can still be cancelled with a prorated refund.

Most plans are live in under a week. We connect your lead sources and tune the AI in the first day or two, you review the response templates, and we go live once you're happy. You don't touch any config. We handle the integration and walk you through it on a setup call.

You're month-to-month, so if it's not pulling its weight you cancel and you're done. But we'd rather fix it than lose you. "Working" means faster response times and more booked jobs, and we show you the actual numbers. As a founding-cohort client you get us tuning the system with you, not a ticket queue.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime, or we'll queue additional leads until the next billing cycle. We never drop your leads.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. Our Gold and Platinum plans include CRM integrations with popular platforms like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, and more. We also offer custom integrations for Platinum customers.

Our AI analyzes incoming leads based on urgency, budget signals, contact quality, and job specifics. It scores leads from 0-100 and categorizes them as Hot, Warm, Cold, or Rejected, so you can prioritize your follow-ups.

Bronze plans include email support. Silver plans get priority support with faster response times. Gold plans include phone support. Platinum plans have 24/7 support with guaranteed response time SLAs.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access is locked down with SSO and role-based permissions, and we never sell or share your leads or customer info with third parties. Your data is yours.
