Vertos AI uses the following sub-processors to provide our services. All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those in our Data Processing Agreement.
We conduct due diligence on all sub-processors to ensure they maintain appropriate security measures and comply with applicable data protection laws.

International Data Transfers
Some sub-processors are located in the United States. For transfers of Personal Data from the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For details, see our Data Processing Agreement.
Subscribe to Sub-processor Updates
Per GDPR requirements, we notify customers of any changes to our sub-processor list at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Objection Process
If you object to a new or changed sub-processor, you may notify us within 30 days of receiving our update notification. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we cannot resolve the objection to your reasonable satisfaction, you may terminate the affected services without penalty.
